All of our vehicles are equipped with booster seats. Children under the age of 4 are also legally entitled to travel and are exempt from the child seat requirement in taxis and rental cars.

If the flight/train is delayed on the same day, the driver will still pick you up at the updated arrival time. One hour of waiting time is included from the time the flight lands, even in the event of a delay. Please always state the flight or train number!

The driver will be waiting at the arrivals area with a name sign.

Yes! You have the option of storing your seat with us. We charge a fee of €15 per seat and bring the seat(s) back with us on the return transfer. (Please arrange this by phone beforehand!)

Our concept is based on a pre-order system, you can always rely on being picked up on time, our drivers are always on site before the ordered time. Nevertheless, short-term trips can be requested in advance by telephone.
